Shamal Yachting Charter Terms

To confirm any booking across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats, a 30 % deposit is required. We do not hold calendar dates without this initial payment. The minimum charter duration is 2 hours for all departures from Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. All listed prices from 600 AED to 18900 AED per hour already include VAT, fuel, licensed captain and crew, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to departure.

Guests may bring their own food and drinks on board, including alcohol, with no corkage fee. Alternatively, catering, BBQ menus, and bar service are available on request. No passport or ID is needed to board our vessels. Our maximum capacity across the largest vessels is 90 guests. Additional options such as water sports, fishing tackle, event decorations, live DJs, photographers, and car transfers can be requested prior to your trip.

If severe weather prevents safe sailing, guests choose between moving the charter to a new date or receiving a full refund. We agree on the new date directly in the chat. For general scheduling changes or enquiries, message us via the WhatsApp button on this page. Our team replies in the chat within 15 minutes daily between 9:00 and 23:00 GST. We do not apply cancellation penalties outside these clear conditions.

Every charter includes comprehensive insurance along with a fully licensed captain and professional crew. Safety gear, including life jackets, is provided on every vessel for all guests. Guests must follow the safety instructions given by the captain during the cruise. Extra activities like jet skiing, flyboarding, seabob, or banana rides operate under standard safety guidance provided by the equipment crew during the rental period.
