The sole channel to reach our booking team is the WhatsApp button on this page. We answer messages every day between 9:00 and 23:00 GST within 15 minutes. We do not use telephone calls, emails, or office counters for bookings. Through the chat, you can check real-time availability for our 88 yachts and boats, review pricing ranging from 600 AED to 18,900 AED per hour with VAT included, request additional options such as catering or water sports, and finalise your booking.

A booking is secured only once the 30 percent deposit is paid; we do not hold calendar dates without this payment. Once paid, your date is confirmed. In the event that bad weather prevents sailing, we agree a new date in the chat or issue a full refund, according to your preference. When boarding day arrives, no passport or ID is needed to board. Simply arrive at your assigned pier in Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour, where your captain and crew will meet you.

To receive an exact quote quickly, send us your preferred date, departure time, and planned charter duration, keeping in mind our two-hour minimum booking period. Tell us your total guest count, up to our maximum capacity of 90 people, and whether you prefer to leave from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Specify any extras you require, including BBQ menus, sound equipment, or jet skis, or let us know if you plan to bring your own food and alcohol with zero corkage fees.
