Customizing the vessel creates an ideal setting for themes like Last Sail Before the Veil or tropical glam. Our team arranges custom balloon arches, custom floral setups, and dedicated photo zones on the deck before your arrival. Setting up a yacht decorated before you arrive starts from AED 350, while a celebration cake brought on board is available from AED 250. You can also order custom candles and flowers set up on deck starting from AED 400 through our chat manager. Choosing a themed setup transforms any motor yacht into a personalized celebration space for your bridal group along the coast. Gathering friends on the water provides private space for photos, music, and party games away from crowded venues onshore. When planning a birthday party boat rental style celebration or bridal event, organizing custom themes through our manager ensures everything is prepared before boarding.

Providing food and drinks for your group is effortless with our flexible dining arrangements. Dinner served on board starts from AED 250 per guest, with customized menus featuring gourmet canapés, live onboard BBQ, or fresh sushi spreads. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, with no corkage fee applied at any point. Dedicated hospitality staff assist with serving food, mixing beverages, and managing party setups throughout your charter. Bringing your own items keeps party planning flexible and adjusted to your precise group preferences. When you book a yacht rental Dubai with food, our manager handles all pre-charter catering details directly in the chat. Flexible dining setups let your group savor a delicious meal at sea while enjoying views of the city skyline.

Included in the standard rate of every private motor yacht charter are an experienced captain, hospitality crew, and standard safety gear. Guests enjoy complimentary ice, fresh drinking water, and soft drinks throughout the journey, along with full access to onboard fridges and electric grills. Vessels feature air-conditioned interior salons, private changing cabins, and clean washrooms to keep your group comfortable in all seasons. No passport or ID is required for guests to board our motor yachts. When bad weather prevents sailing, we reschedule the charter to a different date or issue a full refund, according to the guest's choice. These baseline provisions ensure a comfortable, convenient environment while your bridal party relaxes at sea. Choosing a private charter with Shamal Yachting gives your group total exclusive access to all facilities on board. Comparing options for a Dubai party boat highlights how complete these standard inclusions are across our motor fleet.

Our fleet includes 77 of our 88 vessels suitable for bridal events, accommodating groups of varying sizes up to our largest capacity of 75 guests. Compact motor yachts ranging from 40 to 50 ft suit smaller, intimate groups of 10 to 15 people. Mid-sized options from 50 to 80 ft provide ample open-deck space, shade, and interior seating for 20 to 50 guests wanting room for dancing. Multi-deck motor vessels handle large celebrations with ample space for dining setups and live music. Light resort wear, chic swimwear, and soft flat shoes or clean boat footwear work best on board for comfort and safety. For smooth guest arrival, private car transfers directly to the marina can be arranged through our manager upon request. Choosing the right size ensures plenty of space for every guest to enjoy the cruise without crowding. Whether you plan a bridal cruise or look ahead to a NYE yacht Dubai gathering, our fleet sizes match every event requirement.

Capturing every moment of your bridal celebration is simple with our dedicated media services. Hiring an onboard photographer costs from AED 500 per hour, providing high-resolution images as you sail past landmark locations. We can also organize drone videography upon request to capture cinematic aerial footage of your motor vessel moving through coastal waters. For immediate memories, groups often bring instant cameras and themed photo props to use against the city backdrop. Our manager coordinates these extras in the WhatsApp chat so photographers plan optimal lighting stops along the trip. Documenting your event with professional styling ensures every guest leaves with lasting visual memories of the day. Having a photographer on board allows the entire bridal party to relax and enjoy the sailing experience while every key moment is recorded smoothly. If you are comparing rent a yacht in Dubai prices for your event, media services can easily be integrated into your overall charter setup.

Charter rates range from AED 680 to AED 18,900 per hour depending on vessel length, which spans from 40 to 164 ft. Confirming a date requires a 30% deposit made via a secure payment link sent in our WhatsApp chat. The remaining balance is settled prior to boarding the vessel on your charter day. All prices state total costs including VAT, ensuring complete transparency without unexpected charges at the marina. Guests can communicate directly with our chat team between 9:00 and 23:00 GST, where we reply within 15 minutes. Booking directly via WhatsApp keeps all custom add-ons, timing, and deposit details organized in one clear message history. Transparent pricing structures make budget planning straightforward for group organizers coordinating bridal events.

Standard 2 to 4-hour charter routes depart from Dubai Harbour or Dubai Marina, cruising past JBR and Bluewaters. Extending your time allows the motor yacht to head toward Palm Jumeirah and Atlantis The Palm, offering panoramic views of the coast. Stopping near the iconic Burj Al Arab creates a classic setting for golden hour photos and bridal group portraits. The captain steers the vessel along calm water channels, giving guests steady conditions for photography and socializing on the open decks. Anchoring in quiet bays offers time to relax on the water, take photos, or enjoy drinks with the city skyline behind you. Sightseeing along this coastline provides continuous backdrop changes throughout your private event. Enjoying scenic landmarks from the deck of a motor boat makes your bridal gathering feel exclusive and dynamic.

Adding dynamic water activities to your daytime charter turns a scenic cruise into an energetic ocean experience. On request, we arrange jet skis, flyboards, seabobs, paddle boards, and towable banana rides for your group during swimming stops. Gear for fishing is also available, with rods, tackle, and bait prepared on board for AED 150, and our crew can cook your catch on board for AED 150. Anchoring in safe, calm waters gives guests time to swim, try water toys, or sunbathe on deck. Floating lounges and snorkel equipment can be added through your manager during pre-trip planning. Spending time on the water combines thrilling sports with relaxing moments on your private motor boat. Every activity add-on is coordinated in advance to fit naturally into your overall cruising itinerary.

All motor vessels feature built-in Bluetooth and AUX sound systems, allowing guests to stream personal party playlists directly across upper and lower deck speakers. Groups planning a full bachelor party or bachelorette event can add organized games or custom entertainment setups. On request, our manager can arrange for a professional live DJ, saxophonist, or external audio equipment to elevate the event energy. Standard deck lighting creates a vibrant atmosphere as the sun sets over the ocean. Having full control over the audio environment allows your group to set the exact party mood desired. High-quality marine sound systems ensure clear audio playback whether you are anchored or cruising along the coast. Coordinating your music preferences in advance ensures a smooth transition from relaxing background tunes to lively dance tracks.
